Tropical garden resort on 21 acres along the Kona Coast with two outdoor pools, three hot tubs, and no hidden resort fees

Amenities & Recreation

The resort has 2 outdoor pools and 3 hot tubs for guest use. Guests have access to tennis courts, volleyball courts, and a fitness center. The onsite Activities Desk arranges hula dancing lessons and diving excursions.

Rooms & Accommodations

Spacious, air-conditioned villas include a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a private patio. Each villa has a dining room and a living room with sofa bed and cable TV. The resort charges a separate fee for air conditioning, and no housekeeping is provided during the stay.

Dining

Sunset Terrace serves American and Hawaiian cuisine with live music every evening. The bar and grill near the main pool offers drinks and a limited menu. The resort does not have a full-service restaurant beyond the poolside bar and Sunset Terrace.

The resort is less than one mile from Kahaluu Beach Park, a popular snorkeling spot. Kona Country Club, an 18-hole golf course, is adjacent to the property. Keauhou Shopping Center is within walking distance and offers dining, shopping, and a grocery store.

“What struck me most was the feeling of having your own spacious island dwelling, complete with a full kitchen and laundry, making it feel quite like home. The convenience of the nearby shopping plaza for groceries and dining is a definite advantage, and the ocean views from the balcony are a lovely touch, even with the golf course stretching between. It's a place that certainly invites a return visit for its comfortable, condo-style setup and well-maintained grounds.”
